"The room was clean, the staff were helpful. Bathroom had a smell and the shower is too slow. It’s not a true 5 star. More like 4 star. The beach was disappointing compared to other resorts in Tunis. The building was nice. Onsite food was expensive. WiFi was decent for surfing and YouTube I booked for the locations because there were lots of clubs around. Be very aware, these clubs are tourist scams charging more than America"

"This is a great hotel for exploring Bizerte. The staff are super helpful, especially the reception staff Haikul and Mohammad. Housekeeping were amazing bringing extra towels whenever needed. The pool area is great for relaxing and there's a pool bar that has brilliant staff who serve a selection of beverages and food including authentic tunisian cuisine. The best thing about the hotel is the location. There is great access to local amenities, including the port which is only 10 minutes away."
