The villa boasts an incredible array of amenities, including 2 private 7.5 x 3.2 metre swimming pools with stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances like a dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven, and multiple entertainment options. Guests can enjoy 4 TVs with full list of channels, table tennis, and 2 cosy fireplace for cooler evenings.



Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site communal gym, community sauna located outside the property and shared between the cluster of 4 villas. An indoor jacuzzi, and self-controlled cooling system for summer and underfloor heating for winter months. Fantastic villa for large groups

My group & I spent a fantastic week at this villa. Probably one of the only accommodations in Gozo with 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, which is great when you have 11 people. Definetly will book again. Instructions on how to use the sauna are unclear.

Group getaway

We had a lovely stay at Dream. Peaceful (apart from the Cicadas :)) and relaxing. Lovely location for enjoying the view and getting away from it all with friends or family. Check in was easy and Mayjo car hire were amazing for transfers and booking a car for the week. All round wonderful week on Gozo.

This holiday home is the perfect countryside escape, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, the farmhouse offers cozy, well-decorated rooms with stunning views. The outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxation. I loved the space, it was warm welcoming and gave us a chance to explore our depths in comfort..the kitchen was family orientated and the rooms very comfortable. The place is a dream and made my dreams come true Tracy was patient and helpful. We would gladly stay there again. Thank you for putting so much care and effort it truly shows that these farm houses are very loved. There are minor details that need some maintanence and upkeep. Simple.wear and tear but they had no impact at all, just details.

This is a very nice place to stay in especially if you are a large group as the villa is so big that there is enough space for everyone. A perfect Christmas get-away thanks to the heated indoor pool, underfloor heating. The location is spectacular, with beautiful views and places to enjoy them from on the property. Amenities such as the sauna, gym, and those within the villa were ideal for a large group. Would recommend that some kitchen appliances be updated such as the ovens, the lid closing on its own can be a bit of a hazard.

Everything about the property was good accommodation furniture etc however just a couple of small points: More cutlery needed Only one oven glove - there needs to be two Would be helpful if they didn’t clear all cooking products e. g. Spices, salt and pepper and as such. More recycling bags

Absolutely incredible villa. Would 100% stay again. Great value for money and brilliant facilities!

We had a wonderful five day stay at Dream Hamlet. Wonderful location and perfect for a family with teenagers... the villa was plenty big enough for us all to have our own space and be able to sped time together. The two pools were a brilliant feature and the gym and sauna was used too! I would highly recommend and would love to go back again next year!

Aufenthalt über Silvester im tolles Anwesen mit genügend Platz

Die Beschreibung ist zutreffend und die Kommunikation zum und der Service vom Vermieter sehr schnell, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es handelt sich nicht um ein alleinstehendes Haus, sondern um eine zusammen hängende Anlage von 4 Units ohne zusätzlichen Garten mit einem, wie korrekt beschrieben, gemeinschaftlichen Fitnessstudio und Sauna, welche wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Die Lage auf der kleinen Insel Gozo ist zentral, ruhig und guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit ein Mietauto, was ich auch weiter empfehle um Einkäufe zu tätigen und andere Punkte auf der Insel anzufahren. Wir haben uns mit 3 Familien in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wonderful property for a large group

We thoroughly enjoyed dream by hamlet.... Celebrating a. 60th with 10 people all happy with the ensuite bedrooms the pools and the table tennis table..... The outdoor furniture could do with an update but aside from that small point we have no complaints overall this was a fabulous place to stay an Gozo is a place like no other...... We'll be back.

Incredible Villa - Hugely impressed

The property was incredible, well decorated, clean, superb facilties and amenities. There was plenty of bathrooms and towels and space for all that even with a large party you did not feel you were ontop of one another. The staff were very helpful and accomodating and very knowledgable. We could not have wished more for a property than this, the views were spectacular and the property really made our stay a very special one. Highly recommend particularly for a large group wanting accomodation which allow breathing space! However, would suit any size group wanting something well maintained, excellent condition and something special.There is a local village with a shop nearby, and the proprty is 10 mins from Victoria where there is a huge range of shops and other activities to participate in. The property although North and not dead central or super close to shops is very accessable to this no more than 15/20 mins. We quite liked it being a little more remote because of the size of our party and privacy this offered - may not be everyones cup of tea. We rented a car and would recommend because it enables you reach some of these actiities/attractions. My slight comment was that the jaccuzzi was a little cold - however, when it was hot it was nice not being too hot however, again personal note. All in all we came with friends and family and we have all said we would come again and hope to soon. The property more than lived up to expectation. Thank you Baron Homes.

Fantastic venue and great service!

All of us were very impressed with the property, both in terms of the overall look and feel, as well as the amenities provided, but most of all the service provided by everyone at Baron was impeccable and we really appreciated the flexibility at check-in (we arrived several hours earlier than first arranged) and the communication post check-out. Highly recommended!
