This wasn’t the apartment we booked - completely different pictures and description of amenities. Tried to resolve with host but unsuccessful. Ended up having to book alternate accommodation as we couldn’t stay here.

Host provided pictures for another apartment. The one we received was missing promised amenities, was noisy, didn’t have a canal view as promised by the name, and the building was filled with construction material. We left the apartment after arrival. The host seems to be refusing a refund despite providing incorrect property details on the booking.
