"Urban Hive Milano was a great base for exploring Milan. The hotel feels modern, well maintained and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location within walking distance of many of the city's key attractions, restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it, it didn't quite have the level of character, service or attention to detail that would make it a true 5-star experience for us. Overall, a stylish and reliable choice in a great part of the city."

They were very attentive to our needs and moved our belongings to another room that was much more comfortable. "Great hotel so conveniently located near the Stazione Centrale. Can easily walk to the station with bags no problem. Also right on the tram line. GREAT shopping inside the Stazione. Walkable to amazing restaurants. Hotel itself was very nice. Despite having to lug your bags up 3 steps in lobby they have an elevator to get to the other levels. Rooms are simple but nice. AC worked great. Shower was modern. And fridge houses FREE non alcoholic drinks which was a welcomed treat! Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, many items to choose from. Staff very attentive. Would stay there again!"
