9.2/10 Wonderful! (248 reviews)
The location was everything. Walking distance to many things in the Trevi area and about equal distance from Vatican City and the Colosseum. They were “kid friendly” by offering a pack and play but did not have options for a tub to bathe my baby. The staff was wonderful at helping us book airport transportation to/from and helpful with recommendations when asked. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The 4 stars is because of breakfast. I had tours at 8am every morning and breakfast wasn’t open until 7:30. If I tried going early to grab a banana on the go, the guy was irritated that I was there so early. I wasn’t able to actually use the breakfast I paid for until my departure date. They also didn’t have any water on property. I had my baby, it was 95 degrees F when I was there and when I asked the front desk for water they said they only have the beverages for purchase in the mini fridge. They offered water at breakfast so I’m not sure why they couldn’t offer it outside of breakfast hours.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

"Lovely clean and modern hotel - quite a way from the main sights so need transport. There is a shuttle but it’s €5 per person each way so for us as a family of four it worked out cheaper getting an uber. (One mistake I made was thinking this was complimentary but is worded as courtesy so expensive ..."

"Family of 4. Room was very small. Shuttle service to the main city was a pain to get to and never used it. We had to take taxis every time. Pool was closed one day because of something with the chlorine. We came all the way back from the city center to go into the pool only to be told it was closed. ..."
