The staff here are absolutely wonderful! They take care of you like you’re family. The only downside for us besides leaving was that the pool wasn’t open this time of year. The breakfast was AMAZING!

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful facility and grounds, felt like a secret resort.. nestled just outside Romes center near a large park. we stayed there for a week and it was perfect!

Modern hotel but lacking excellence
Hotel is very well designed inside and modern…this should have been a great stay, however we were disappointed. Room was clean and modern, comfy bed and good blackout curtains for a decent nights sleep. We chose to stay for two nights to chill and relax after a busy 4 night stay in central Rome and the pool and bars were the draw. The pool was ridiculously busy to the point that on the first day we could not get a sun lounger and had to make do with a sofa. The second day again in the morning we had to convince one of the lifeguards to get us a bed from the roper off area that is used for guests that have booked a certain level of room. This seems ridiculous and more beds are needed for the guests. On both days we could only get long drinks from the pool bar although there was a cocktail menu we were told none were available. I had to walk to the main bar to get a cocktail and again these were hugely limited. The pool bar wasn’t open in the morning. Likewise when we went to use the main bar in the afternoon this also wasn’t open! We ate both nights in the terrace rooftop restaurant which was beautiful but the menu was limited, although service was the best received and the team there were fantastic both nights. They do however have a wasp problem which needs to be resolved…so if you do not want wasps around you when you eat then book a later table. Again, management need to resolve this. Could be a great hotel but they are missing the details of excellence.

The staff was extremely helpful in setting up transportation for my family to the Vatican tour and the airport upon check out. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Pool area is large and clean. Rooms are very spacious, modern and clean as well. I would definitely stay here again. Good for families with or without children.
