Friendly staffs. Great and close location to Spanish step. Walkable distance to luxurious shops. One thing that disappointed me, one of receptionist have poor communication skill, misunderstood me. I told him, no need to replace bed sheet. however, he sent message; not to provide house keeping services. Therefore, there was no replacement of towels, coffee pods. There was no housekeeping service at all.

Love this property. Perfect location near the Spanish Steps, great shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great hotel, staff were attentive, pleasant and professional at all times. Housekeeping were very efficient, we went to breakfast at 9am each morning and back to the room by 9.45 and it was all cleaned. Great position as the metro is very close by, main sites are all in walking distance. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food and service was always with a smile. I recommend this hotel and if i go back to Rome this would be first on my list as hotel .
