"This is a very cool spot to stay for a night or two in Powell River if you're keen to experience an historic property in an historic neighborhood! Our host, Kelly, provided a very friendly greeting & explanation of our residence, we slept very comfortably, the room was quiet, the shower was great, and the included breakfast was made to order, delicious, and served with genuine kindness. It didn't hurt that Townsite Brewing was just down the street, delivering great beer and a friendly vibe. All in all, this was a very nice stay!"

"It was our first visit to Denman island and our stay was perfect. Great communication with the host, exceedingly clean cottage, well equipped, super comfortable king size bed, quiet with walks around the property, great wood burning fireplace, wonderful location and with a spectacular view. The added personal touch made it home-like. We couldn't of ask for a better stay."

"We stayed here on Friday the 16th October. I booked on line and received a helpful text asking when I was arriving, The front desk gentleman was so helpful and even helped carry our bags up the hill to the room. The short walk up the hill the show cases the amazing view of the ocean and Harwood island. Epic sunset! We theme walked downs to Coastal Cookery for dinner, which has a fresh menu and well priced. The TV in the room has full cable, not just a smart TV relying on you to enter your Netflix password like many other places. There is full kitchen, with air fryer. I can recommend this motel and look for to my next trip to Powell River"

"This was perfect for our short stay visiting family in the area. We were out from morning to evening and really only needed a place to lay our heads. This was perfect. Clean and welcoming! Comfortable bed. Well-supplied with the basics - towels, glasses, keurig machine plus pods. We didn’t find the second bedroom very inviting - it’s a bunkbed with a ladder - but kids would likely love this space."
