The hallways had wallpaper that had folds (ripples) sticking out which needs to be fixed. The beds and furniture were nice as well as the view. I did hear a little bit of noise through the walls from people talking, but overall it was pretty quiet. Lots of storage in the larger room. No good selection of premium TV channels. Air conditioning was okay and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent but cost extra.

Room was clean but the hotel needs some upgrade . There was no shower door so water was spilling everywhere on the floor . The amenities were a bit dated . The breakfast was awesome . Overall good stay but hotel needs to fix a few things .

When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!

Family visit, extended stay

At first not thrilled with room size (queen) but friendliness and helfulness of staff and housekeeping made up for that. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom small, but shower was nice. Nice view of river. No wash clothes or coffee. Restaurant but breakfast availible, not cheap. No convenience stores close, but high-end mall across the street. Not close to subway.

Overall the hotel was clean and the beds were firm. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of selections to keep the whole family happy. The check-in process was slow and the one employee who was working, moved the line to another computer and we lost our place in line. We won't return however, because the bathroom smelled like mold. The caulk around the bathroom sink clearly had mold growing on it. We had two rooms and both bathrooms were in the same condition.

Property from outside does not look like photo needs repairs and a paint job. I called them for towels a few time and said they would come and never did. Cleaning staff was rude to our arrival she would clean over us and stare at us like she didn’t want us there do not recommend.

Bathroom clogged, house keeping terrible, front desk guy was rude. After unclogging the bathroom was all splashed with dirty water and I had to clean. Supplies were no tissue, shower mat was replaced with a towel instead. I was there 3 years ago and went back. But this time was terrible !!
