"The most comfortable beds ever. Hans and his wife are great hosts. The breakfast is wonderful and the location is just a couple minutes walk from a bus stop from the train. It’s also close enough to the busy market square but removed enough to not be noisy. Could use hand towel holders in the bathroom, but overall, great experience."

"The hotel was perfectly located to walk everywhere around the city. What was disappointing was the front desk staff (except Fatina, she was fabulous, cheerful and welcoming) and their lack of offering 'need to know information' to visitors who where unfamiliar with little things that turned out to be huge; such as needing to order a taxi the night before. We almost missed our train because we did not know, even after letting the front desk attendant know our plans for checking out the day...

Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor with windows right onto the road, and trucks going by throughout the night kept waking us up. "We went to Canalview for a girls trip. Check in was easy, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were very pleasant anf assisted with everything. Breakfast was great, it had everything we needed for the day and the setting was gorgeous. Front desk agent was helpful. Only issue was the heating, it was a very cold weekend and we needed more heat, thefe was a sucharge. There is also a surcharge for an extra blanket and pillows, and hair dryer"
