"We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. The front-of-house team were outstanding—professional, warm, and always happy to help. When I had an issue with my hire car, they dealt with it so efficiently that what could have been a major problem became a minor inconvenience. The breakfast selection was exceptional. We also loved the bar, where both the atmosphere and the staff were superb. The picturesque terrace overlooking Lake Lucerne was the perfect place to relax with a drink. Can't wait to return."
