Lovely 1-bedroom property with balcony in West end
This apartment comprises of one bedroom with Double bed and built-in wardrobes, modern bathroom with thermostatic shower, separate living area with sofa bed and dining table, kitchen space complete with outdoor seating area, utility cupboard with washer/dryer.
Fibre Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix, Air conditioning with private balcony. The flat is within walking distance of many of Glasgow's attractions and from Byres road it's great restaurants, cates, galleries, bars, shops.
The entire property has been furnished to a very high standard as well being both warm and welcoming to guests.
The living room has solid oak furniture throughout and features a large dining table, The sofa folds down into a sofa bed, Warm comfortable fireplace with ceiling fan, Smart TV with Netflix, Paper and pen, Boards games and PS4.
The bedroom has a large double simba mattress bed, Dressing table and hair dryer, Extra seating area with lots of storage space, Smart TV with Netflix and Air conditioning. Extra bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchenette has a Smart TV with Netflix, induction cooker, washer dryer, dishwasher, cooking utilities and utensils, Carbon monoxide, smoke alarm and First Aid Kit. Cleaning supplies are also left.
The bathroom has a newly installed walk in shower area, shaver plug socket installed along with cupboard storage space. Bathroom supplies will also be left for guests such as towels, soaps, shower gel and shampoo.
The hallway is where the thermostat for the heating is located.
The cupboard is used for clothes and has lots of hangers, storing suitcases, ironing board also available.
In the private balcony space there is a table with chairs, tumble dryer with additional chest freezer.
The utility room is used for drying clothes.
The property has been adapted to suit children as well as adults, there is foldable guard rails for sleeping and various other safety measures such as baby gates, socket covers.
Guests have the entire property to themselves and can access all areas.
Hosts are on call ready to help out and can be contacted via telephone in case of emergency.
You will find a welcome basket upon arrival with a few treats. I provide soap, mini bottles of shampoo, body lotion and toothbrushes.

Comfy and convenient
Kelvingrove may be upmarket but the Wyndford estate is definitely not. We were a bit taken aback by the area (not unsafe at any point) but that didn't stop us having a pleasant stay. The hosts are helpful and the apartment is comfortable. The location is convenient for stocking up at the big Tesco Extra and visiting the botanic gardens and central Glasgow.

This property looked like it was in the projects. It wasn’t terribly clean- spots on the sofa and pillows, crumbs on the kitchen counter. The host was very easy to get ahold of, the apartment is just shabby.
