It is a bright and airy apartment situated on the 4th floor(with lift access) overlooking a quiet street. Despite the hussle and bussle of Merchant City this flat is situated in a quiet residential complex. This flat is newly decorated with brand new kitchen, bathroom, furniture, flooring and ultra modern fittings and fixtures. For your comfort during the stay this flat has all amenities you can think of such as 55 inch flat screen smart TV, fast broadband, dishwasher, washer dryer, coffee maker, free residential parking and modern electric heaters with digital displays to keep you warm and cozy.

We stay local to Glasgow city centre and available if our guests need us or even available to speak and sort things over the phone

Located in the heart of the Merchant City with benefits from a wonderful array of high end shops, fashionable bars and trendy restaurants this property also offers easy access to frequent public transport with Glasgow Central rail station, Queen Street rail station and St Enoch and Buchanan Street subway stations all in the vicinity. Glasgow airport is approx 10 miles away and just 20-25 mins by taxi or bus. Buchanan bus station is around 20-25 mins walk from the flat. The iconic landmark George Square is merely under 10 mins walk.

Since this flat is positioned within Merchant city everything is within walking distance. It is great to walk around the city to explore various places. It is a short taxi ride (or approx 35 mins brisk walk) to Glasgow SECC Conference centre or SSE Hydro arena.

Good but.....

There were some problems with the heating which were never resolved and you need yo have an instruction book or leaflet rather than relying only on online videos. The standard lamp did not work, the dish washer was broken and there was no corkscrew (we bought and left one)

Disappointed- the check in was complicated, lift not working in block we booked so we had to enter via neighbouring block We had to pick up the keys from a shop. All the instructions were via video but link from app didn’t work. Water heater made terrible noise when you turned on the hot water. The shower was just a hand held so you couldn’t stand under the running water as the showerhead holder was loose. No welcome pack - ie instructions, tea bags, coffee etc (perhaps I have been spoiled when staying at other places). It was clean, the bed’s comfortable, kitchen appliances good, but I wouldn’t call it stunning.
