Great for food in the evening because you are close to local shops and cafes/ restaurants also subway stop. Windows don’t open. So much dust on radiators and sink dirty. Bad smell in room. Parking is based on first come based only. Reception man upon arrival was fantastic extremely nice and helpful. Night lady with short light hair on reception was very rude and snappy. Terrance used for smokers - most often harsh substances that you can really smell.

Very friendly staff. Shame breakfast isn’t open because of COVID but grab and go bag was provided. Quiet even though on the main road.

Very friendly and helpful staff at check out. Quick check in. Lovely big triple room with comfy bed and spotless bathroom. Disappointing cooked breakfast, really let the hotel down. Poor quality food items badly cooked. Breakfast staff more interested in chatting than looking after customers. I would have given five stars all round is breakfast had been better. Overall though, a lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Hotel was easy to find, staff was friendly, room and bathroom was simple and very clean. Comfy bed and quiet floor. Nice view if you get the top floor. Very happy with my stay.

Nice hotel but parking a nightmare. Street parking is residents permits or on meter. Breakfast varied from reasonable to good - need warm plates, however.

Do not stay here, you will regret it.
The mattress was rock hard, on the double bed of the room I stayed in, the pillows are old and uncomfortable,the sheets were like sand paper. The heat in the room fluctuated from cold to roasting hot throughout the night, making it even more uncomfortable. The on suite shower room was very cramped, with just enough room to turn around in the shower cubicle, there was mold and mildew in the shower room, both the shower room and bedroom were dusty, with an awful amount of dust on the radiators. The hotel is old and is not sound proofed at all. The breakfast options were very poor quality, with the food being just about warm. Overall very unimpressed and wouldn’t stay there again.

Warm welcome!
This is a lovely, homey place. The front desk staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming - absolutely remarkable! The breakfast was much more than I had expected, and staff are lovely and accommodating. The room was small, but somehow cosy and quaint. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when I am next in Glasgow!

The Heritage Hotel Nov 19
Not the easiest place to find with the satnav but got there in the end. Room was basically furnished but good for the price. Breakfast was adequate and food was available locally for the evening. I would stay again.

A really pleasant, well situated hotel which was good value for money. Our room was spacious and clean. Cooked breakfast was fine, though would benefit from being served on hot (rather than cold) plates!

The hotel was an easy taxi ride from Glasgow Central. The staff are very friendly and diligent. The check in was smooth and the room clean and comfortable. Spoilt for choice with local eateries of all kinds.

Clean room, pleasant staff. Good location. Very limited parking spaces, and surrounding area is 'Resident Permit Holders Only' We took our chances on Great Western Road, none of the ticket machines were working so we ditched the car for the night and luckily didn't get a ticket

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location.Need to mention the amount of steep stairs to climb on booking. We were up in the rafters. Very small room and bathroom but clean with comfy beds. Breakfast let it down, food wasn’t hot. A pity as there was plenty on the plate. All in all excellent value.

Poor breakfast .ive never been in a hotel where a cooked breakfast didn't have bacon on the menu ,it was turkey rashers also the sausage was halved ,tomato just warm ,toast pretty pale could have done just a couple of minutes more . Staff was friendly .

One very minor complaint was that breakfast was cold by the time it reached me. Plate was cold so maybe if food was on warm plates it would solve this problem. Very happy with our stay got a great recommendation for dinner which was very good and not expensive. Would definitely return and recommend.

Good location comfortable stay
Comfortable stay at well priced hotel in good location.On street parking nearby.Lots of eateries and public houses nearby and metro station just a short walk away.Premises are a little tired by way of decor but room comfortable and reasonably equipped with tea coffee making facilities and effective shower. Staff welcoming.Breakfast satisfactory and served promptly. All I all a well priced comfortable overnight stay.

Property near to where i was dropping my daughter off to university, area had bars and restaurants in easy walk and free parking staff helpful. No lift for disabled wife, rooms very warm and basic, the breakfast was poor, ( quality of sausage, raw tomatoes, "turkey rashers" instead of bacon, potato bread greasy and tough)
