They staff were very helpful and friendly. When we had a small issue with our room (noise) they quickly offered to move us to another room. We also had great service at the inn for dinner.

Our room was good and loved the heated bathroom floor and towel rack. The service at dinner was ok but we were late (8:30) and by the time we left theyhad given up on us. No dessert and then we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip.

The location & hotel are lovely. We enjoyed a walk & sat outside with a drink early evening. They were very busy in the bar, we got told one bar was closed & that we should order from our table outside & would need to wait in a queue to be served but my husband did manage to go in & order at the bar with table number after being told this. Dinner in the evening was ok, but the menu was limited & I had seen other things eg mince & tatties before coming that didn’t seem to be on offer. It was mainly pizza which was disappointing. Most staff were really helpful & the room was small but nice. We didn’t opt for breakfast as £13.50 for a buffet breakfast didn’t feel worth it. We drove to Tullie Inn Balloch for a nice & reasonably priced sit-down breakfast.

Cottage was lovely inside very cleanand comfortable. Restuarant was amazing inside with all the artifacts to look at and the big coal fire. Staff were lovely and super helpful Surrounding area is breathtaking. Cant wait to go back

It was in a lovely loch side area an the Receptionist was good - but other than that , we were so disappointed. our room was in a cottage flat of 4 rooms, up very narrow stairs We had expected to be in the main Inn an as shown on the Expedia booking. The meals facility left a lot to 'in want!! Expensive, basic meals, jammed pack in the bar/table space inadequate. One meal there was enough.......
