"Lower Hedge Farm was the ideal holiday home for a mixture of 8 adults and different ages of children. There was something for everyone and plenty of space for people to have bit of quiet if they wanted it. Easy to find, good communication with company and ideally placed for Bath and West Showground and nearby towns. We had a great week."

"Eleven of us stayed at Cider Barn for four nights for a special birthday. It is perfect. Spacious, well equipped, impressively furnished, close to the centre, spa in the location and a hearty team that own it. We would go again for sure."

"Everything about Swallows Or hard was perfect, and exactly what we had hoped for. The place was spotlessly clean and included everything we needed. Wonderful pool, gym and spa facilities just paces from the door was such a bonus. We would have liked the opportunity to spilt our 2-hour session and have an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening but that is such a minor thing. We loved every second of our stay, thank you."

"A 3-star hotel / bed-and-breakfast - very personal, friendly service. The hotel is visited daily by locals buying newspapers. All meals cooked to order, including breakfast - a nice change to the usual experience in hotels nowadays. We turned up at about 4.30pm to find opening time was 5pm - we must have missed this in the instructions. The hotel was open promptly at 5 pm however. On the Sunday the bar closed at 5pm so dinner had to be elsewhere - not a problem for us as we always tend to have a meal in the hotel on the first night, then try other restaurants elsewhere. The owner told us about the history of the hotel - they have been there for around 26 years. All in all, a very relaxed, personal atmosphere, a nice change from the usual hotel experience."

"What a fantastic place to stay. The house was immaculately clean and very well kitted out. The food left in the fridge for us was an unexpected treat.The lights in one of the top floor bedrooms weren’t working when we arrived and although the owners did their best to get them repaired as quickly as they could it did take a few days. We did think the lounge would benefit from more comfortable seating and getting the tv to work was a challenge. We didn’t use the on-site facilities. Wellesley house is well placed to explore the area and all local facilities are available in nearby Wells.We were a group of seven friends from Somerset, Mid Wales and Ohio US and had a wonderful stay."

"Le cottage de Darren est absolument adorable, un véritable havre de paix. Le jardin à l’avant du cottage est adorable ( nous avons eu la chance de venir au printemps et de profiter du fleurissement -et un écureuil est même venu nous rendre visite). Tout est cosy et confortable. La cuisine très bien équipée avec un large choix d’épices. La chambre est charmante avec une literie très confortable et cocoon. Darren a fourni des indications très claires et complètes pour notre arrivée. Tout était parfait. Merci."
