The property was clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. Parking was ok, but it was not so easy to find a place to eat within walking distance.

Great stay, quiet area but short walk to pubs/bars/food. Would certainly recommend.

Our room and ensuite was fine. We booked cheapest room so bathroom compact. Common kitchen / lounge had washing machine dish washer & microwave . TV not working ( we didn’t ctc host to fix as no real time to enjoy)Location a bit grungy. Outside Rubbish a problem so urge owners to fix this. Great if you have a car as easy free parking. Convenient shopping centre about 15 min walk

Clean and tidy and comfortable but this is without doubt the noisest place I've ever stayed. There is supposed to be a noise curfew between 11_7 but that all goes out the window when there is nobody there to police it. Doors slamming all night partly down to the door closing system and you can hear every word spoken in the next room and when that is 3am first night and 4:30am second we were unable to have a full night sleep. Don't get me wrong it was a cheap price so my expectations were not that hight but the least I expected was a little quiet and privacy. The conversion was obviously done on the cheap with no sound proofing which is a shame
