"Very nice, clean, quiet hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was a step up from most hotels.
While it was advertised to have a microwave in the room, there was none. There was a microwave in the hallway across from the elevators.

"This was by far tge bedt stsy ive had away from hone. My son and i attended services in Petersburg but stayed here. The immediate look when we entered the room was comforting. There were a few gairs in ge shower, but that was exscusable. The room is set up like a studio apartment and room semi-divider. Stainkess steel ice bucket with glasses not paper cups. Ceramic coffee mugs for hit beverages not paper. This was done so perfect! Front desk was very pleasing and polite. We were greeted coming and going! We will be returning! Cant wait for the pool to reopen!"

"We ended up staying in Richmond an extra night because of flight delays. We really appreciated how quickly the shuttle came for us and was able to get us back to the airport the next morning. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a last-minute schedule change."
"Bed was comfortable. AC did not work until manager came and unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset it. Cord was hidden under carpet. Took the towels after the first night even though we hung them up but never brought fresh. The hallway carpet was stained and very dirty. Breakfast area was very basic. One carafe of coffee that always seemed to be empty. Spills on the floor right in front of the elevator that patrons had to walk around but the staff did too. It was an ok stay for two nights but the facility could use a lot of updates."
