"Only complaint is hot water which mostly was highly variable but no ever hot enough for a comfortable shower"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are slightly worn but it’s a given with the nature of the property. Rooms were clean and had no issues. Modern bathroom. Staff attentive and helpful. The spa is dated, and not all facilities were working. It felt more like hotel pool facilities rather than a spa itself. Great to have included in the price of the room to use if you want. Breakfast was okay, small selection of included made to order options. Full breakfast with an additional £5 charge. Eggs were not good quality, recommend hotel to change supplier."

"We had an enjoyable stay here. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking. The bathroom was a bit dated though and I was surprised there wasn’t any hair conditioner (only shampoo and hand/body wash) so I would bring my own conditioner next time. Pool was ok but smaller than it looks in the photos so can get a bit too crowded at times."

"It was all very good apart from the beef on our roast dinner was really chewy but the waiter apologised and said they were going to change the supplier and offered us a free desert or drink."
