"The rooms were spacious and spotless, staff were amazing with our toddler (they even called the room when we left his dummy in reception and brought it up for us). Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the brasserie was fantastic and breakfast was too. Would definitely stay again without the toddler to use the spa!"

"Gorgeous food from the large breakfast offering (there is everything you could ever want for breakfast!!!) the food in Palm Court was outstanding and the staff looked after us so well, we also loved the piano player- added something special to the evening. Clean and comfortable rooms and the swimming pool was really lovely too. Thank you, we will be back. "

"There is no chance of missing breakfast, as once it stops, brunch comes out, and when that stops, lunch starts...👍👍👍 All the amenities are more than adequate, with use of the Gym etc..... All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly .....and a big thank to Simon for making me well so welcome upon my arrival and throughout my stay....👍"

"First time stay at a Village Hotel and although the hotel is under referbishment we had a quiet,clean relaxing stay. Easy quick check in and out, great food and drink offers and under 15 mins to Chester. Staff were awesome. Well worth down loading the app for more offers."
