"The hotel’s location was excellent. We were able to walk in Centro and it was convenient to get back to from other parts of the city. We were given likely the worst room in the hotel: 101. It had no exterior view as claimed in the listing. The window went to an interior shaft. The room laminate floor was never cleaned. The mattress was comfortable, but over-sized for the sheets. So, the bottom sheet never stayed in place. Multiple times we were awakened after 11pm by renovations in the hotel restaurant: drills, saws and hammers. When we reached out to the front desk, they did not think it was a problem. They promised to get back to us, and never called back to the room. We were given complimentary breakfast one day. It would not have been worth the extra cost. "

"We were advised of renovations 24/7 until end of May, on the day of travel and outside the 24H window to look at alternatives. The level of disruption, due to the renovations, was terrible. Essentially, paid full price for shower, as no one could sleep through this. On positive, the breakfast was good, and given limited time on the property (arriving late a night), cannot truly rate staff. If planning to stay at this hotel prior to May 31, 2026, I would strongly reconsider. "

"In my short stay I was not able to have breakfast, unfortunately the airport shuttle was unavailable but the staff was very helpful and friendly. I checked in feeling under the weather and they helped me a lot. God bless them! "
