This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is one of Gold Coast Luxury Resorts original rooms and is always busy, especially on the weekends with events & festivals!

This prime position allows guests to enjoy the busy street life below from the comfort of the apartment.

Perfect for families, small groups and couples wanting to be within walking distance of activities.

The Phoenician Resort is in a central and convenient location and is close to cafes, shopping and restaurants.

The check-in process occurs at our front desk located at 17/24 Queensland ave, Broadbeach. Our friendly team will assist you in collecting your keys during business hours. For late arrivals, our reservation team will send you a code via SMS and/or email on your arrival day. This code will allow you to retrieve your keys from our key lock box, conveniently located on our shop front, at a time that suits you.
