"We had a wonderful stay. The lot is huge, private and beautifully landscaped. The house is well appointed and the pool is fantastic. We enjoyed the desert sunrises from the backyard and the sunsets from the front courtyard. Super dog friendly! We had our yellow Labrador and he had a fabulous time in the fenced yard - only a few cactus pricks to learn his lesson, HA! There's a off-leash park just minutes from the house which is great. Troon is minutes away, with Boulders and other courses close too. The access to great hiking trails is literally across the street and easy access to trails of McDowell, Tonto, etc. The hubbub and amenities of Scottsdale are close enough, but we preferred Carefree and Cave Creek just 15-20 minutes away. We were there during the Christmas holiday and there were festive decorations for us to enjoy. Thank you Erik and Barbie for your hospitality!"

"We had a blast, didn’t even bother leaving the resort. Excellent property, great service, steakhouse was very good. I have a bad back and their plush mattress is very good, the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at, and that’s saying something. "
