Everything was ready for us when we arrived, and it made settling in easy right away.The owner was great to work with—very responsive, clear with communication, and helpful throughout the entire process.The location was perfect for what we were looking for, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. "Everything about this property is incredible and beyond any expectation both in size and scope but also in the home being user friendly, spacious, clean and organized to perfection upon arrival. Ashley, the property manager, answered every question, was available upon request. Her response time was in a word, immediate. Above everything else, this was a celebration of my 80th. Birthday. Our family, fourteen in number, ten adults, three children and one infant, experienced as much fun and comfort as my family has ever experienced. The unanimous opinion was " a vacation/ reuinon of a lifetime. We enjoyed most of our meals in and this house is perfect. A spacious and well equipped kitchen, a table that sits enough comfortably for a family meal. The list of activities at the property is mind blowing. If you want quiet time, there are plenty of places to retreat to, the ultimate, the rooftop. So, to repeat myself, this property is perfect in every way. "

"Very nice accomodations in a great area of North Scottsdale! Close to several trailheads, golf courses, restaurants and interesting attractions. Host was attentive with response to any questions or inquiries. The scenery right outside the Casita is impressive. Lots of nature all around!"

"Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The listing photos were accurate, and the home is in a beautiful, quiet gated community that felt very private and relaxing. It was the perfect size for our family of four, and we especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, it made meals easy and enjoyable.There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. The outdoor furniture needed some attention, as the fabric under the pool chair cushions was worn/broken, and it took some time to get all the cushions set up and in place.That said, the home was comfortable, well-appointed, and a great base for our trip. Overall, a really enjoyable stay, and we’d recommend it."

"The check-in process was extremely simple. This house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fine.The only suggestion I have was to make the outside space a little more inviting. There were only 2 pool loungers. There were 4 planters that only had weeds and no plants along the fence line of the pool. The pool itself was great. It would’ve been great to have a few outdoor games (bean toss, ladder ball). The outdoor covered area is a great space and could be so inviting with a few updates:) It is super private and had several bunnies visit every evening. We had a great time and these few small outdoor inconveniences would not be a reason not to visit this property again. Thank you for a wonderful week.Much appreciated."
