"We really enjoyed our stay and how clean the room was and how fast the staff brought supplies."

"Checked in ns was not informed of housekeeping shortage until day two of our vacation. My family and I had to personal ask for additional towels during our stay and no one came to pick up dirty towels or service the room. Killed a few roaches. Had a horrible Wifi connection and couldn't watch TV. There is no view of beach. Disappointed in accomodations. Will not return to this location. "

"Guest beware they gave us a master key for our room that allows access to everyone's room. They were very aware bc that rooms lock is only way. We checked out early due to this bc no telling if other guest had key to our room. This is very dangerous. Thank God we are honest ppl bc someone could rob & harm guest. There was several issues but all in safety is big for my girls & I. Never again. Front desk Tracy rudest CS I ever seen. "

"Room with ocean view. HUGE balcony, very nice. Could have used a bigger knife to cut cantalope but managed with a paring knife. A streaming TV would have been nice in the large bedroom. Wifi was pretty slow. Should have had the wifi password in the unit somewhere. Garbage removal was confusing since email from Avari said they take care of the trash but the sign in the room said to remove all of it. Great that there were plenty of towels. Weird rug under the king bed, strands stuck to socks and were all over the floor. Description didn't say there were washer/dryer units in the unit. It should have, we could have packed less. I would stay there again!"
