The room was clean; I was only there for two nights. The main issue for me was the room smelled bad. Like a moldy smell that actually got on your chest at night while sleeping, I wouldn't stay in Los Cris again, full of drunken Brits who can't handle their drinks. Very tacky area. Apart from the room smell, that was my only complaint. I didn't use any of the facilities; this was a quick trip. The hotel allowed us to check out late due to our outbound flight being late, which was good of them due to the issues with the room. Good value resort for the money but i wouldnt personally stay for a week.
