"We stayed one week with our 16 year old son. On check it we were asked to pay an invoice of nearly 3,000 euros even though we had paid months earlier. This also happened to us in July at Barceló Mexico. They phoned us later to confirm the bill had been paid but we did not need that stress! Es war zum Glück nicht so schlimm, wie ich dachte 😂 habe das Zimmer mit 7 anderen geteilt und 4 von denen waren das Personal, welches dort arbeitet und lebt und dadurch war es wirklich super eng im Zimmer.
