"Our stay at Aquarius Hotel was average overall. The hotel is average in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort. One of the main advantages is access to some of the facilities shared with Embassy Suites Dorado, which adds value to the stay. The stay also includes parking, and there are several restaurants and dining options within a 10–15 minute drive, making the location convenient for visitors with a vehicle. There is also a casino at Embassy Suites that guests can access, although we did not visit it during our stay. However, we experienced a few issues during our visit. We are a family of four, yet our room was stocked with only three thin bath towels. I had to request additional towels twice because my first request was never fulfilled. In addition, the air conditioning was not cooling properly from the moment we arrived. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that a technician would come to inspect it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, the hotel met our basic needs, but there is room for improvement in guest service and maintenance responsiveness. The included parking, nearby dining options, access to shared amenities, and the availability of a casino are positives. I would recommend Aquarius Hotel for a short stay of a few days, but based on our experience, I would be less inclined to choose it for a longer vacation."
