"The hotel and surroungings were well taken care of not complaints there. Breakfast could be better organized e.g the flow items were scattered, otherwise it was OK."

"Hi!!! I would return!!! However it would not take much to improve this hotel to feel more luxurious. Key points….please supply better quality products. Such as conditioner and larger soap. Please consider a blanket. Room did not have a blanket that was comfy. Makes a huge difference. Carpets could be steam cleaned in the rooms. A throw carpet for the bathroom OR skid matt. Floors become wet. Please ensure blowdryers are operable. Us ladies like to look nice and sometimes it requires a handy blowdyer. Mine did not work. Room service! Even if its light snacks! Small appetizers. It would be such a nice touch. Mini charcutierie or fruit platter. Yogurt with granola or salads. These investments would greatly increase hotel popularity and revenue! Thank you for your hospitality and warm staff. "

"The house had the bathrooms and space. There were not enough glasses, so we had to purchase more. There are no extra blankets (save one throw). The kitchen was very clean, but the couches had not been moved in the tv room and in necessity of having to locate a toy, I discovered a pile of old chips, chip bag, gross gummy, a dirty sock, and a chicken bone. There was sand on the floors of some of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean. There were no instructions left on site regarding internet linkage, air conditioning operation, trash protocols, location of the "private beach" and how to access it, and other important information. It took several frantic phone calls the day before we were all to arrive to get the actual physical address, how to get through the two guard gates, and to get the lock box number. Once in the house it took further phone calls/texts to get the wifi info. The worst thing about this property was the noise in the early morning - pre 7AM. Leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and weed whackers were routinely (almost daily) utilized by crews on the development. I think there was only one morning when we were not awakened in this manner of the 6 nights we were there. The pool was easily accessible from this property and was great for the kids. We never located the "private beach", but drove to many wonderful ones quite easily. I think this did not live up to the photos."

"We had the opportunity to stay at this property the week prior to Easter. First visit to PR and this property in Dorado was the perfect location. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery shopping and access to north shore beaches.We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, we loved having a washer dryer on property. Each room has high functioning AC which in important given that this unit has 3 floors. There’s a very nice outdoor covered patio area where we loved to sit in the evenings or to have breakfast. There is a pickleball, tennis and basketball courts as well as pool close in the Villa complex. Overall we loved the experience, our host Ricardo couldn’t have been more friendly, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great experience in Dorado."

"Great location in a quiet neighborhood for a family vacation. Close to beach and restaurants. The pool is an added bonus as well as the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. "

"We had a leak outside the Villa and we contacted the owner however it still wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Took a very long time for the owner to get back with us! "

"The place was great for large groups, with a large number of rooms. Everything seemed as described, nothing fancy and everything in working order. Even had a nice roof deck. We were spending most of the time out and about, so it was a great place to come back to at night and rest. Most importantly, AC was cold and the neighborhood seemed safe. Guards were helpful. "

"This is an amazing place. The community is so nice and peaceful and the pool is great. The local beach is small but a larger public beach is just a short drive away--we went to both. We would definitely stay again and had a great trio."
