"Room smelt horrible Room door lock broken wouldn’t lock Room and bathroom filthy No refund from hotel or Expedia. No offer to clean room. Told these are the rooms that are offered through Expedia cannot change rooms. I booked a different hotel at my cost and again no refund from the hotel or Expedia."

Beautiful and by the Beach - as Affordable as it Gets!

"Our stay here was excellent. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was working, but WIFI was inconsistent. I needed to work remotely some days during my stay and the WIFI issue made it pretty challenging. It is a systemwide issue, not an issue with this property. Communication is the host was superb. He replies immediately and is kind and clear in all communications. I truly recommend this property for an amazing experience and stay in Puerto Rico."

"Beautiful home in a great location!!Wish we could give 4.5 stars!!Some suggestions for a better vacationer experience:1- This villa is three floors with BRs on 2nd and 3rd floors. Difficult for guests who are older or have mobility issues. There is an elevator but guests are not able to use. Getting luggage up two flights might be difficult for some 2- A map of property with a guidebook accessible in the villa on the specific amenities available to guests eg how to access tennis courts/pickleball/golf facilities and general information or recommendations on activities 3- Dishwasher would have been great!4- Not all the mattresses/beds were equally comfortable with creaky bed in 2nd floor BR; Pillows not comfortable; Bedding starchy and too small on the King bed5- No hand towels/washclothes so ran out of paper towels quickly 6- One of the chairs in media room sectional sofa did not recline These are minor things but for some guests might make the expense more pleasant if fixed.We were a little disappointed by pool/pool area. Could use upgraded furniture as many were ripped/broken and there were not enough of them. Also more tables with umbrellas would make it more pleasant.Pool was a basic pool but this is certainly not the owners responsibility to upgrade.Excellent communication from owner Ricardo. Beautiful home overall and we made great memories. We would rent again!"

"The Villa was exactly what we were looking for, for our first vacation in Puerto Rico! It was large and spacious. Every bedroom had their own personal bathroom, there was a larger balcony to sun bathe then almost an entire full roof with lists of outdoor seating amongst beautiful plants and decor. The beach was only a short walk away and the pool right out front. The host Carlos was very responsive and attentive to questions and concerns we had. Only wish our stay was longer! Recommend trying out Cayo-Caribe… just 6 min away and fantastic Puertican food :)"

"This is a somewhat challenging review because some parts of this VRBO were excellent while others were just so-so.First—and perhaps most importantly—this is a very safe area of Puerto Rico, and the property felt extremely secure. From the gated entrance to the neighborhood to the additional gated entrance to the housing area, we always felt comfortable.The house itself is very large and could easily accommodate big families. We were just a group of three, so it was more space than we needed, but it served its purpose well.Pros: lots of space, well-appointed interior, laundry on-site with a nice new washer/dryer, full kitchen, and excellent climate control.Cons: no kitchen towels provided, somewhat inconsistent communication from the property manager, and very loud exterior maintenance one morning. Landscaping started at 8 AM and continued until early afternoon, and it was so loud it sounded like the crew was inside the house—we couldn’t take work or Zoom calls. There were also barking neighbor dogs and a few other minor annoyances.Suggestions for the owners:• Provide kitchen towels—we had to buy some locally.• Upgrade the outdoor furniture; inexpensive plastic pieces don’t match the quality of the property.• We had issues with the digital lock and never received a response from the property manager.Overall, a good property with a lot going for it, but a few improvements would make the experience much better."
