"I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Only went in the evening and was not crowded. Beach access was nice but the beach area was not cleaned. Previous places I have stayed cleaned the beach. The room was huge, had washer dryer which was helpful, kitchen table was nice to have. But over felt dirty the couch looked gross. The girl who checked us in was super nice and helpful. The second girl I worked with about the parking voucher not working had a bit of an attitude. "

"From the moment we walked into the apartment, we were disappointed. The apartment felt dirty and dingy. The half bath, right next to front door, had a dirty toilet and very loose seat. Walls were scratched/dirty. Ceiling above stove had water stains and bubbles and stove top was dirty with scratches on the range. There was water on the dining room floor near window. Bathroom upstairs was dingy and was dark. After being there approximately 10 minutes, we were not comfortable so we left and stayed at a hotel. The surrounding area across the street had nice homes. This property looked like the projects in any major city. If you decide to book, ask the owner for outside pictures, and you will see what I mean. "

"Very nice villa in a beautiful neighborhood. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host's with excellent communication. This property was a good fit for our family of 7 to use as home base as we headed out each day to explore the island. I think this would also be a great option for any group just looking for a place to relax and enjoy time together in the beautiful Dorado area. The pool is very nice and I appreciated not having to pack bulky beach towels for our gang. Plenty of towels in the rental for our use along with a brand new washer and dryer was an extra perk that I haven't had on other vacations. Property exactly as described. Wonderful hosts. Recommend "

"House was great and clean. Host was responsive and friendly! I would recommend adding a couple things to the listing. There’s no oven. (We grabbed 3 frozen pizzas on way to house and then couldn’t cook.) Stairs are very steep…I would be nervous with small children, especially since upper floor has no door and a rolling desk chair. I’d add for checking in clarification that there are walking gates and driving gates. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The place fit us and the hosts were amazing. Very effective communication and kind. There is security on the property and the pool is great. There was also a park that we were able to take our daughter to, which was great. We would definitely come back to stay at this spot."
