"En relación a la limpieza de la habitación deberían mejorar. No cambiaron las toallas, la alfombra no estuvo ninguno de los días como bien aseada. El hotel esta chévere el área de la piscina y playa excelente."

"The apartment is so beautiful that we don’t want to go out of it. It had everything we needed and all was clean. The towels and bedding smelled good. Will definitely go back if is available. "

"The house had the bathrooms and space. There were not enough glasses, so we had to purchase more. There are no extra blankets (save one throw). The kitchen was very clean, but the couches had not been moved in the tv room and in necessity of having to locate a toy, I discovered a pile of old chips, chip bag, gross gummy, a dirty sock, and a chicken bone. There was sand on the floors of some of the bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean. There were no instructions left on site regarding internet linkage, air conditioning operation, trash protocols, location of the "private beach" and how to access it, and other important information. It took several frantic phone calls the day before we were all to arrive to get the actual physical address, how to get through the two guard gates, and to get the lock box number. Once in the house it took further phone calls/texts to get the wifi info. The worst thing about this property was the noise in the early morning - pre 7AM. Leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and weed whackers were routinely (almost daily) utilized by crews on the development. I think there was only one morning when we were not awakened in this manner of the 6 nights we were there. The pool was easily accessible from this property and was great for the kids. We never located the "private beach", but drove to many wonderful ones quite easily. I think this did not live up to the photos."

"We had the opportunity to stay at this property the week prior to Easter. First visit to PR and this property in Dorado was the perfect location. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery shopping and access to north shore beaches.We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, we loved having a washer dryer on property. Each room has high functioning AC which in important given that this unit has 3 floors. There’s a very nice outdoor covered patio area where we loved to sit in the evenings or to have breakfast. There is a pickleball, tennis and basketball courts as well as pool close in the Villa complex. Overall we loved the experience, our host Ricardo couldn’t have been more friendly, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great experience in Dorado."

"From the moment we walked into the apartment, we were disappointed. The apartment felt dirty and dingy. The half bath, right next to front door, had a dirty toilet and very loose seat. Walls were scratched/dirty. Ceiling above stove had water stains and bubbles and stove top was dirty with scratches on the range. There was water on the dining room floor near window. Bathroom upstairs was dingy and was dark. After being there approximately 10 minutes, we were not comfortable so we left and stayed at a hotel. The surrounding area across the street had nice homes. This property looked like the projects in any major city. If you decide to book, ask the owner for outside pictures, and you will see what I mean. "

"Very nice villa in a beautiful neighborhood. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host's with excellent communication. This property was a good fit for our family of 7 to use as home base as we headed out each day to explore the island. I think this would also be a great option for any group just looking for a place to relax and enjoy time together in the beautiful Dorado area. The pool is very nice and I appreciated not having to pack bulky beach towels for our gang. Plenty of towels in the rental for our use along with a brand new washer and dryer was an extra perk that I haven't had on other vacations. Property exactly as described. Wonderful hosts. Recommend "
