"Clean and nice hotel in the outskirts of Luneburg. Very nice staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast staff baked the best gluten free bread I have had for me for breakfast! Highly recommended."

"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. The staff is sweet and polite, nothing to put a finger on. The price the same level as other larger hotels and therefore you should expect similar quality and accommodation. "The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The Wellness centre is excellent for a swim and sauna. The apartment was spacious and it has the most comfortable bed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back"

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were...
