DELICIOUS APARTMENT with air conditioning- GOLFO DI MARINELLA COSTA SMERALDA

  • Lovely FINELY RENOVATED apartment in the heart of the Emerald Coast located in the residential complex on the sea "Baia De Bahas" in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Marinella 5 km from Golfo Aranci and 4 km from Porto Rotondo, completely immersed in the vegetation of oleanders, bougainvillea, distant 150mt from the sea characterized by small coves of white sand with scattered granite rocks.
    The nicely furnished apartment is on the first floor comfortably accommodates six people and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a large living room of approx. 25 with a kitchenette equipped with a sofa / double bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The apartment has a washing machine, a fitted kitchen with an electric oven, a fridge / freezer.
    The apartment is located in the central body of the village just a few meters from the restaurant-pizzeria and the supermarket, bar and newspaper and tobacco shop.
    The village is ideal for a holiday of relaxation and fun; in the village there is a tennis court.
    Nearby is the Yachting Club with landing stage and boat and raft rental, surf school, diving center and fabulous restaurant by the sea.
    The price of the stay includes the cost of electricity, gas and water.
    The house is open from April until the end of October.
    For reservations in May and June extra 10% discount to be applied on the exhibited rates
