Great Family Hotel

Really lovely location with easy access to beach and all amenities. Large hotel property with a great pool and nice breakfast. Better to consider the nicer of the room choices, as the base rooms are a bit outdated.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Speisesaal war viel zu voll und viel zu laut, wir konnten gar nicht drinnen sitzen. Draußen wimmelt es vor Wespen. Frühstück war ok. Es war standardmäßig alles da. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Für Eierspeisen musste man 30-40 min anstehen. Wir mussten 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln. Das erste Zimmer war so klein, das kein einziger kleiner Koffer Platz gehabt hat, das zweite Zimmer hatte einen elektrischen Defekt und es war kein Strom mehr vorhanden. Pool und Strand haben wir überhaupt nicht genutzt. Beim Strand liegt man direkt vor einem Zaun - wie im Knast. Pool ist leider nur von 9-19 Uhr geöffnet. Wir wären gern morgens vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gegangen. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung dementsprechend alt, unmodern, teils defekt. (Tür klemmt, Fenster geht nicht richtig auf und zu, Duschbrause defekt, alte Steckdosen die wackeln, Spüle die tropft, Klodeckel bleibt nicht geöffnet, usw.) Leider gab es im Bad nur einen einzigen Handtuchhalter. Dafür aber ein Fenster. Außerdem gibt es nur 1 Bettdecke. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen in einer Wohnsiedlung, Fussläufig ca 12 min ist ein Supermarkt. Das Hotel veranstaltet jeden Abend Kinderdisco und live Musik. Ob man will oder nicht, man muss zuhören. Mit einem ruhigen Abend ist da nichts. Alles in allem: nicht total schlecht, aber nichts für uns.

チェックインでの対応以外は良いホテルでした。 15時チェックインのホテルですが、15時になっても部屋は準備できておらず、Receptionが言うにはチェックインは15-18時の間で準備ができ次第であるとのこと。 チェックイン時刻前に部屋に通してもらえることはあっても、チェックイン時刻に荷物を置けないというのは初めてのNegativeな体験でした。 ホテルのレストランはコースメニューしかなく、Room serviceのアラカルト注文も無いので、注意が必要です。(Covid situationでの特殊なcaseかもしれませんが)

Pool and Beach area is very nice. But rooms were a complete let down. A/C did not work properly, which made our upper floor room almost unusable during the hot Sardinian day. Shower would shift randomly between freezing cold and very hot. We had to get out on the balcony to get the wifi reception. General state of the room was warn and maintained poorly. Hotel had a garage, which was full, so they suggested to the guests to park on the street. Street parking had to be paid 1€/h 9am-midnight every day, via machine that accepted only coins. Our hotel did not have change to offer, so each day became a scramble to secure 15 Euro coins, to pay for parking outside.

Very Italian, remember your phrase book!

I visited this Hotel with a friend in September 2009 for a relaxing long weekend. The Hotel itself is lovely, very well kept and clean. Food is delicious and the service in the restaurant is good. Two very big tips for anyone else thinking of going here, hardly anyone speaks English, so remember to bring a phrase book or brush up on your Italian or you will struggle as my friend and I did. The other big tip is hire a car, the Hotel is no where near anything and taxi's are very very expensive. With these two things in mind, you will have a very memorable time in Sardinia.
