Incredible stay, the most hospitable hotel I have stayed in for a very long time. From the front door all the way through the hotel, everything is perfection

The staff are tremendously helpful and they literally try their best to provide a warm service to their guests. The location is close to the airport with walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Hotel facilities are modern and room decorations are simple but elegant. Moreover, the hotel also offer shuttle service to the airport and for the city tour. It would be a wonderful place to stay in Porto.

Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Nice accommodation. Staff very friendly. Especially Luis, who looked after us very well and gave us good local travel advice.
Thanks Luis
From maura Phillips. This hotel is brilliant for transport. Bus and tram stop out side. And walking distance to restaurants

Great hotel. Excellent location. Very nice helpful staff. Good point is the ability to use pool, gym and showers after checking out. Useful if you have a late flight.

You can't beat the location and the views. Absolutely breath taking.
Staff friendly as usual in Portugal. Porter service excellent.
(Important because it's quite a walk and 2 different lifts if you are in the side wing building.
Breakfast visually super but we've had better quality in a high-end location in Lisbon (that had free parking in center town by the way and was also a bit more convenient with the rates).
All in all satisfied with our stay, would use this facility again when in Porto.

Very simply a beautiful boutique hotel recently built. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful.
The only slight issues were noise on the street side of the hotel and service at breakfast while friendly was a bit slow.
I’d definitely stay here again

This was a great hotel. Super affordable and had all the best and luxurious amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and they even upgraded my room! The only minor issue for me personally was that the room service food wasn't that great but the breakfast was amazing!

Convenient parking was the reason we chose to stay here, the cost was 20E per day and includes valet service. Location makes it easy enough to explore Gaia and Porto by foot, just prepare for steep inclines on both sides of the Douro. Uber, taxis, others methods of getting around are available also. Hotel was great, accommodations were very nice and comfortable, breakfast provided excellent options for varying palates.
