"For what we paid, it was well worth it. Rug in room could use some cleaning, the walls had scratches, and the room slippers looked used, but overall room was clean. Staff was super friendly and check in was a breeze. "

"Could not check in. You have to check in using a machine which was not working well and there is no way to contact anyone since there's no staff at all. I was almost stranded in Yongin because of this horrible system. Do not book with this hotel."

"Amazing site, spacious rooms, we had a his/hers side, each with own bathroom, TV, and balcony: one side for couch, other for hot tub and bed! Free water, Let's Be coffee and Aloe drink, wifi was great as well. Manager very responsive, let me know site check in time was incorrect (arrived after 3pm), but allowed for earlier check in (usually 5pm I believe)."
