The hotel, restaurant, and staff were excellent. Breakfast also had a large variety of options. The only issue I would say would be parking. It was unclear where parking was and I was recommended a public lot across the way.

I loved staying at this place! Beautiful rooms, amazing staff and a good breakfast. Love this part of Gothenburg as well, it’s very peaceful and cozy, even tho it’s literally 10 minutes away from the city centre. Good access to public transport as well!!

Clean and spacious room with an absolutely beautiful view. High ceilings and a floor to ceiling window. Breakfast options were great. Amazing to to be staying right next to the Karlatornet building. Room service was lovely too. Right next to public transport options with the option of bus, tram of ferry minutes away.

Room was lovely, however housekeeping did not replenish tea and coffee or give us clean cups. The check in staff were pleasant, breakfast was excellent. We didn't visit the spa. The hotel is far out of town but has excellent transport links.

This is a very comfortable, friendly, well-run hotel, and very competatively priced. The seemingly endless construction works in the neighbourhood seem to be progressing to a conclusion (eventually). Great breakfast options and the food is of good quality and well presented. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful and this is now our go-to hotel in Gothenburg.

Really nice room and great breakfast. Unfortunately the tower is not part of the hotel as it seems like at the pictures so the hotel only goes to 15th floor. Access to outdoor terrace would have been great but not possible, very silent room even with air conditioning on max. Spa is not for kids.

Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing however I found staff at reception quite uninformative. They did not explain anything about the amenities of the hotel or anything beyond Breakfast location and times. It was a quick check in. This is your room etc. I was not even told there are no phones in the room. No explanation about mini bar.. I had to do a lot of research online to find out more about spa location, bar and other things in the surrounding area. I have visited a lot of countries and hotels and this by far the most uninformative and underwhelming check in I've had. Otherwise the hotel was great.

The hotel itself is lovely and I had a very spacious room. However, the entranceway leaves a lot to be desired. There is no signage from the tram stop, and walking on a gravel path with luggage is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The reception staff were polite but couldn't say when it would be fixed. Good potential, but needs urgent adjustments.

Really nice rooms and extremely clean which unfortunately was in contrast with the surroundings. A lot of work was on-going outside and it made a beautiful building look a little like a building site. Once this is completed I’d hope the area would get 10/10. Bar area was a little bit sterile and cold but once again this may be fixed with the changes outside. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from.
