"Quebec’s is a stunning red brick building dating back to the early 19th Century with ornate carvings and beautiful stained glass windows. Inside, sweeping staircases and chandeliers give a feeling of grandeur.
Staff were extremely helpful on checkin. I had a standard room which was large and decorated nicely in keeping with the traditional feel of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and sheets smooth. The en-suite bathroom was clean with a powerful two headed shower over the bath. The TV was small but had plenty of channels to watch. Tea and coffee making facilities contained generous quantities of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and there were two bottles of water by the bed. There was also a well stocked mini-bar which was chargeable.
Would I stay again, definitely!"
"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was large and bright and clean. It had lovely toiletries and robes. We slept comfortable and enjoyed the room. The location is excellent although the hotel does not have a car park. Check in and check out can all be done remotely and the hotel are happy to look after cases. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
"The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway
They also have an elevator, which is another bonus "
"Great hotel, fantastic customer service and beautifully decorated. The location couldn’t be more perfect and the train station attached to it was so convenient for a day trip to York. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back! "
