Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. "I spent a week at the hotel and it was lovely. Let me start by saying that they staff there are very professional and very pleasant to interact with. The executive room was not very much to my liking, too small, and the bathroom is outdated; however, I somewhat settled because of everything else that was good. The breakfast was awesome, and I mean it. Plenty to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal place to stay "
