"The rooms were very basic, for the price you can’t complain, A coat hanger would be good just too hang your coats up etc. The room coffee and tea making gear but no milk or fridge so black it is… The staff/reception lady was very helpful. We mixed up our arrival day and she managed to book us into another room for the night with no extra charge.. we booked through Expedia.. Would I stay again….. probably. The place was very close to the redwoods treetop walk which was handy and also close to some restaurants etc."

"Manager was very helpful and friendly and did what she could to make my stay pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with crispy clean sheets and duvet. The kitchen was presented immaculately clean. The room heating worked well, For the price it’s very good value."
