"I wasn't told about breakfast sign in and the procedure and if this was mentioned on arrival check in, it would make things easier and less complicated. Staff / Room service knocked on the door while I was brushing my teeth, 3 knocks, deep and 1sec later the door opened up, which I commented, do you always just come into rooms this quick? Where I got a reply, there was no answer so I thought no-one was in the room. I wash brushing my teeth but luckily not on the toilet having a #2 or walking around the room naked. This is also at 8am and what if I was having a sleep in till 9? These are considerations that should take place at a professional organization."
