Metterra Hotel on Whyte

"We chose the Metterra chiefly for its location for the Fringe Festival and it worked out perfectly for us. So much is within ready walking distance. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. While it is on Whyte, we didn't have any noise issues and slept very well. We did have a few questions for the staff and they were always very helpful. We didn't try the breakfast, so can't speak to it. We didn't have any problems with the parking, but it is a couple of blocks away if you want to selfpark. For us that was fine because we just parked the car for the weekend. We didn't try the valet."

"As soon as you arrive you feel welcomed and safe. Rooms are super clean and quiet. Super respectful staff and polite. Have been staying at the Matrix over 10 years and will continue. Only concern I had was parking late at night in overflow parking. However, staff was happy to accommodate and help me find a spot- a couple shady people but security moves them along. No problems."

"The place is secure from people don't have a keys. The place is nearby at convention center. The thing that i did not like was, I thought i was lock inside my room. The door has a damage its hard to open."
