"The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly unfortunately we have been there several times before and you could always go to the Atlantis Casino right to the next driveway which was no longer available so we had to walk a mile or take a taxi to go to and from the casino. The food was good. The service waitress and staff was excellent very friendly specialty restaurants were also excellent."

"Belle hôtel. Le personnel est courtoie. Propre et quelques activités. Le seul problème rencontrer, est qu'ils nous envoyaient des messages avant notre arrivée sur plusieurs jours, pour faire des demandes aux concièrge. Je leur demandais s'il était possible de pouvoir laisser nos bagages à la réception avant notre check-in et demandait un late departure. À trois reprises, sans réponses. Et il fallait attendre notre check-out pour demander un late departire. Pour nous dire non."

"People are friendly and Location is great if you have business in the port, visiting or joining a ship. Rooms are clean, aircon works well and comfortable overall. Now the noise ..... I was next to the pool so the first night rained and it felt like the rain was inside my room. That combined with a Frog from hell that sang ALL NIGHT. So beds are great and great hotel if you sleep during the day. Will also appreciate better mosquito protection on the windows."
