"Loud rumbling through our room made it impossible to sleep. Sounded like a jet engine all day and night until around 1:30am. Starts again around 6am. Property is nice enough but doesn’t mean anything unless sleep is possible. Would visit the rooftop bar would not stay here again. "

"I was trapped in shower access to my room entailed cutting a hole from hotel corridor into room. If a friend had not raised the alarm I could have been there for days. 2 and a half hours was enough A frightening experience. Health and Safety of guests totally ignored"

"The staff were nice, the location was okay, but the bathroom sink faucets and push buttons made me feel like I was in an airport bathroom. Also, there were two mirrors in the room. You really didn't know what was behind the wall, a wall, or a camera, because the mirrors were made in a way that let see through from behind."

"We were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. There is a shared bathroom but I never ran into anyone else. They kept it clean. You have to sign up for breakfast in 1/2 hour increments. I had a great view of the square. Easy access to several types of public transportation. I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely property and the museum gives it a unique edge. Breakfasts were delicious - the hot chocolate is fabulous - and the dining room staff were particularly lovely. We had some confusion on arrival about the twin room we'd booked, which caused some concern and delay, but it was resolved after an hour or so. Close to the river and lots of the city centre amenities."
