The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds, great and accommodating staff, and a prime location. There are many restaurants and pastry shops nearby, and we were able to walk to all the historic sites. I would stay here again.

Very gracious staff, top to bottom. Beautifully appointed hotel in impeccable condition (just learned it was renovated and reopened 5 months ago). Very tastefully done. Had a grand feel without losing the boutiques nature of the property. Location was very central. I couldn't have been more pleased and I would say the staff was a big part. The restaurant was also excellent. Very nice presentation and quality. Thank you!

Fabulous fabulous hotel in central location. The staff was superb, helpful. Wonderful restaurant partner and bar in building (the Café Sao Bento). Just a-warning to your taxi driver : at the edge of a strictly pedestrian zone so contact hotel for drop off point right before arrival (very short walk from street). And there is no problem getting a taxi in am to airport which comes right to the door. The location is so good that it’s worth the tiny inconvenience of pedestrian zone for arrival. Beautifully decorated. Rooms are not huge (this is 4 star not 5 star hotel) but staff service is definitely 5-star). We will definitely return to this hotel for a future visit to Lisbon.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The entire property was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining everything to a very high standard. I booked 2 rooms. We found that one of the rooms had a fowl order but I believe it was coming up from the shower stall. Once we turned on the AC and ventilated the room it was better. What truly stood out was the hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. They even left a personalized handwritten thank you note. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. We would gladly return again.

This is a lovely hotel, well situated that is welcoming and professionally managed. The staff are exceptional from the very first moment, going above and beyond to offer suggestions for things to visit and places to eat. Joanna is a stand-out superstar. She is caring with timely follow up. She enhanced our stay. If I had to find an opportunity for improvement, the breakfast buffet is repetitive. This hotel and its employees are rare gems.
