Very clean, easy to self-check in, good location, everything well laid out and accessible. Host was very helpful in providing us with paid luggage storage facilities that we could use once we had checked out. Only criticism is that the iron was leaking water and not very useable.

Not a 4 star accommodation.

Definitely not a 4 star place. More like 1 star. The room we stayed in was fairly large and clean but overall was very lackluster. The bathroom smelled of mold/mildew. Overall very spartan for claiming to be 4 star accommodation.

A great value for money stay

This hotel is really good value for money, as it offers a private room in clean accommodation with a shared bathroom (1 bathroom for 2 rooms in my case) and a shared kitchen. The hotel also has a great courtyard where you can relax outside. Location wise it’s still pretty good too. Only downside is thin walls, so you could hear a lot of background noise. Overall though, great experience.

It is clean. Quiet. Safe. My only dislike was not having your own washroom in yiur own space you have to share with other guest but still the washroom and kitchen were always clean.

Awesome

Great little place. Well appointed rooms and good facilites including good kitchen, courtyard and TV lounge room. No reception here but owner is a great communicater so its no problem. I liked the neighborhood too..about 20 minute walk to the main action in Alfama or Baido Chiaxa. Great value for money as well. Would recommend!

Dejligt overnatningssted med lige præcis det, som der skal være. Rigtig god service fra udlejer. Fik værelset 4 timer tidligere, da vi landende tidligt. Vi havde et uheld med en kuffert som havde smittet af på en varm radiator. Dette blev vi ikke krævet ekstra betaling for. Udstrakt service.

Un hotel realmente acogedor, cómodo y limpio, muy bien ubicado y aunque no cuenta con personal de planta, siempre hay alguien a quien puedes escribir y que resuelve tus dudas y necesidades de inmediato. Muy recomendable!

I booked a double room with private bathroom. I didn’t know that the bathroom was outside of the room, I had to bring the key to the bathroom all the time. Also the room was extremely small. Although I was staying there by myself, I felt it was very small room. Otherwise shared kitchen & living space was clean and quite.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer war zwar klein, aber es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir konnten sogar einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche nutzen. Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief per Mail und war unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer (11) mit eigenem Bad gebucht. Das Bad war zwar nicht im Zimmer, sondern nebenan im Flur, aber das war in Ordnung. Nur das Waschbecken könnte etwas größer sein... Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Our room was very small but cheap and clean. The climb up to the second floor with our suitcases was not easy for us as there was no lift and no help available. The shared kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Anyone with mobility problems would have difficulty but for most fit people this provides good value.

È un mini appartamento in un appartamento, completamente nuovo e pulito il letto comodo, il bagno non é grande ma funzionale ci si sta perfettamente, forse le pareti un pó sottili ma non mi ha dato troppo fastidio. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato disponibilissimo! Ci ha dato la camera anche prima e ci ha spiegato nel dettaglio come muoverci, ma il 28 passa a una traversa e con quello vai in tutta Lisbona o rientri la notte stanca senza fare tutta la salita lo consiglio vivamente!
