Over all a good stay, try to remember European countries have a break from 1-3pm every day. Checking in during that time is not possible. The parking was the biggest obstacle for us. Street parking is difficult and need to pay at kiosks along the street. The hotel did offer parking in a garage area but with the narrow streets, limited parking area, ways of entry into the building and not knowing where we could safely park to unload makes things difficult. This hotel you can only access once you’ve checked in. There is no reception or lobby area to lounge, wait etc. just your room.

CAIS Urban Lodge is a great place to stay. It is located just next to the Pink Street which was lovely. The customer service was excellent. We stayed at the lodge twice - once at the duplex studio and the next time in a studio. Both were awesome. There is a full fridge, pots and pans. plates, utensils. There is no microwave but we didn’t miss it. Shopping was close by. We needed a universal adapter and it was easy to find.

The unit exceeded our expectation in every aspect. It is spacious, clean, and at a very good location. It has easy access to transportations ( bus, tram, metro, ferry). We were also able to walk to many attractions. The host is very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thank you hosting us!

This place was clean, super convenient to everything. Pink Street is literally across the narrow street!!! The double windows were too good that we didn't hear the hustle and bustle outside and almost over slept. Like its name; the amenities and design matched "urban"
