The hotel was fine, and must have been very nice at one time. Decor was outdated, hall carpets were dusty, and the exterior was a bit unkempt; e.g., with an overgrown grass tennis court perhaps last played on ten years ago.

This hotel is most definitely not 3 star, it is 2 star at absolute most. Old, worn out and stained furniture, cobwebs hanging from light fixtures, a shower that doesn't drain, terrible smelling carpets, pillows and linens. Very, very dated fixtures and in desperate need of a renovation. Terrible service on check out where I was charged for the incorrect room, and then accused by email of checking out without paying at all. When I provided my receipt they acknowledged that the clerk (who I had to WAKE UP in order to check out at 4 am) charged me for the wrong room, and now they want my credit card information by email so that they can bill me the difference. NOT A CHANCE WILL THAT BE HAPPENING! I have sent an Interac payment to them in Canadian dollars for the difference in the charges, but I'm shocked and stunned that they are pursuing me for this money. I would recommend that you sleep in your car or on the floor of the airport rather than this hotel.

Ho lasciato immediatamente l'hotel seppur mi era stata offerto un cambio di stanza. Tutto ciò mi ha creato un problema visto che ero in viaggio per lavoro e ho dovuto cercare una nuova struttura in zona. Comprendo che il personale alla reception non è responsabile dello stato della stanza ma non è possibile alloggiare in queste condizioni

Bien que de passage, personnel aux petit soin pour les clients. Sachant que nous avions un vol à 6h30, ils se sont arrangé pour que l’on puisse déjeuner à 4h30. Déjeuner copieux, diversifié et bon avec des options sans gluten. Piscine fort agréable.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel convinto dalle 4 stelle e dalle foto online, ma purtroppo la realtà è stata ben diversa. La pulizia era inesistente:il bagno aveva evidenti segni di scarsa igiene un albergo che si definisce di alta categoria, è inaccettabile trovare la cabina doccia che casca a pezzi Anche le aree comuni lasciavano a desiderare:lo staff è stato cordiale, ma purtroppo questo non basta a compensare la scarsa attenzione all’igiene. È evidente una mancanza di controllo e manutenzione generale Non tornerò e sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Una vera delusion
