"Beds were terrible, taco beds. A/C unit kept shutting off. Had a disgusting homeless camp view outside our window. TV would turn on, but cable wouldn’t work. Manager Jennifer Ochoa was a liar and never got back with me. "

"Parking was a little hard, and the outside environment was so unkempt. The walkway bushes need pruning and cleanup, but because it is convenient to work, I will give the place 1 more week of trial! As a traveling night nurse who always seeks a quiet, clean hotel, this hotel needs to improve its environment! I love the room’s decor and ambiance! The front desk guy was excellent; he did his best to give me a quiet room in the back, away from the Hwy traffic. I truly appreciate that! Once inside the room, I was good!"

"Booked a room with a king size bed and they gave me a queen size bed when check in, I didn’t notice until later on. I asked staff if I could get a price difference and they said “ we don’t do that” also room I booked advertised a jetted tub in pics… there was no jetted tub in room."
