"Great location right on Fraser river. 2 paddle boats available for sunset cruises on the development lake. Very well stocked and convenient layout. Great communication with the host. Nice location, would recommend pontoon boat rental on Shadow Mountain Lake!"

"My husband and I recently spent two nights here and were pleasantly surprised. We were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. We wanted a quiet place to rest and spend time together and this was perfect for that. Our patio had excellent views and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use many of the “extras” - game room, hot tub, etc. but if we come back with kids, I am sure they will want to use them. We did spend one morning at Monarch Trail Loop (I think that is the name?) in Arapaho National Recreation Area and enjoyed the lovely views and fresh air."

"Very nice property! I was disappointed to see the cleaning fee AND an insurance (a pretty crappy addition) requirement that appeared as I was paying. I almost didn’t choose it because of that but the location and house type was what I wanted. I would not pay this much again for 2 nights. I paid far less for a nicer property in Breckenridge and was not hit with the additional fees but everyone has to pay their bills and I didn’t want to leave a lesser rating because of it. If there had been hotel rooms available in Grand Lake I would have paid the same or less."

"Beautiful home, amazing view, and plenty of space to accommodate guests. There are minor things that we nit picked on. Could use a little bit better cleaning as the carpet/floors could have used vacuuming, dirty windows, Wendys bag left in the garage, beer behind the hot tub with sand everywhere, & a stained pillow in one of the bedrooms but it is a HUGE home to clean. Would come back and stay again."

"My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay in Granby at the cabin! Everything was so neat, organized and clean. We could really tell there was a lot of thought and effort that went into the property. The amenities outside were great - pool, hot tub, pedal boat, etc. Our favorite part was the garage door that opened in the kitchen! Everyone walking by said we had “the best house.” We were in town for a wedding at Antler Basin Ranch… it was so convenient. I highly recommend staying here! We would give more stars if we could :)"
