"There was not a hot breakfast offered during my stay and the bed was not comfortable. I was charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and was told I would get it back when I left and still have not received it back. We left the room in a clean tidy condition. The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and there were no towels. Overall I feel the pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet my expectations, I would not stay there again. "

"The air conditioning works well. However, the cooler in the fitness room doesnt work. Also, the staff thats American actually are nice, but the full time employee thats related to the owners stays on his phone and is rude when asked to do his job. His customer service is toxic, which explains why you should just pay more to stay at Hilton or Marriott hotel. Last, the staff will see broken glass in the parking lot and will ignore it and dont care if you damage your tires. It is what it is....."

"Very easy to get to from airport. You can be downtown Grand Rapids and parked in a ramp across from DeVos center in 10 minutes by car. The breakfast area had more selections than most hotels offer."

"I did not use the amenities, but was in town to attend a conference at the convention center. It's very easy to get to (and I was trudging through pouring rain but was able to take an internal walkway almost the whole way). Restaurant options nearby and the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff courteous and helpful. Front desk clerk even gave me a supply of bandaids for my blistering feet!"
